Race Tracks

We’ve been recording our races using a handheld gps unit. We will be archiving the races on this page with links that will pop up a race viewer for a given race. The sofware we are using is GPS Action Replay written by Yann Mathet. Our tracks along with others from the fleet are also available on the Seattle J24 Fleet replay site thanks to Tom Niccoli and Geoff Pease.

Nice to see the use of Gpsar applets to replay your races.
A very enhanced version, called GpsarPro, is able to replay regattas with all marks, rankings at each time, time for each leg, etc.

You can check a demo (from windsurfing competition) here :

click the buttons to get live results…

    And a video here :

    Regards,
Yann (Gpsar software designer since 2004).

Thanks Yann, We love the software. The local j24 fleet is also using it with more boats so that makes it really interesting. I’ll update asap.
